Amateur players are getting the chance to claim a seven-figure prize when they face elite players - including world number one the Spanish champion - in a single-point showdown leading up to January's Australian Open

Tournament officials of the year's first Grand Slam have revealed the Seven-Figure Quick-Fire Competition, which will match a dozen non-professionals against elite athletes in a knockout tournament at the Australian Open venue
